DragonCoin™ was originally named the OC Gold® Company (2007 to 2015). We provided cash for gold, silver, platinum, palladium, diamonds, and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, LiteCoin, Dogecoin, etc.) as a local business in Orange County, California. Our motto had always been about building trust and integrity. We intended to increase of scope of product & service offerings in the coming period, and DragonCoin™ appreciated your support on this next stage.
Our mission is to create a bridge for gold investors to easily exchange precious metal bullion, DragonCoin™ gold & silver coins, collectible numismatics, cryptocurrencies with cash (USD).
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Who we share your data with
To prevent funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires Precious Metals dealers and cryptocurrency exchanges to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open your account, we will ask for your name, address, phone and email address. When your account reaches the pre-determined company thresholds, we may ask for additional information to verify the identity of the account holder. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. DragonCoin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any account without any obligation to any person, if in the sole opinion of DragonCoin, insufficient information is provided by any such person in order to properly identify such person. As we are a lawful company, we shall abide by rules set forth by the State if and only if required per Form 8300. Otherwise, business entities are not required to disclose client privileged information.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Where we send your data

Sales Contractual Agreement
Each issued Sales Order confirmation number is a binding contract. Product prices are locked-in per your request. Thus, you are required to perform on making the payment as agreed. In the case of credit card transactions, payments in full are required to be completed within 1-day. Whereas, bank-wire transfers are to be committed within 3-day, including the weekend, from the date of a confirmed order.
If you default in making of payment within the required time period, we may cancel your Sales Order(s). Per our agreement, you have the full responsibility and liability to DragonCoin™ for any Market Loss, plus a twenty-five dollar ($25.00 USD) cancellation fee. You shall be liable to DragonCoin™ for all fees and costs associated with DragonCoin’s efforts in collecting from you. Any market gains on cancellations shall vest in and remain the property of DragonCoin™.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel any Sales Order at any time and for any reason, with full refunds. While we work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information to you, there still are potentials for technical glitches (server down, API offline, DNS poisoning, etc.) in pricing or description. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect list price or with wrong information due to an errors in pricing or product information, DragonCoin™ shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any Sales Orders or Purchase Orders placed by or sent to you for that item. We will either contact you for instructions or cancel your Sales Order or Purchase Order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change with or without notice. If a refund is provided or there is any delay in shipping your items or your payment, as the case may be, you waive any right to any claim or actual damages of any kind or nature whatsoever. If a force majeure prevents DragonCoin™ from performing any obligation hereunder as a result of any event that is beyond our control, DragonCoin’s delay or failure to perform such obligation shall be excused. DragonCoin™ shall not be held liable for any damages as a result of, or in connection with, such delay or such failure.
DragonCoin™ may amend the User Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Website and such amendments shall become effective immediately.
