We intended to increase of scope of product & service offerings in the coming period, and we were grateful for your support on this next stage.

Currently, we provide cash for commodities, which includes gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and certain Cryptocurrencies. Our mission is to create a bridge for gold investors to easily exchange between precious metal bullion, plus the DragonCoin™ gold coins, cryptocurrencies, and cash (USD). We shall issue the DragonCoin™ Crypto once we have received the appropriate licenses from the authorities of our golden state of California, and other jurisdictions within the USA.

Who we share your data with

To prevent funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires Precious Metals dealers and cryptocurrency exchanges to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open your account, we will ask for your name, address, phone and email address. When your account reaches the pre-determined company thresholds, we may ask for additional information to verify the identity of the account holder. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. DragonCoin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any account without any obligation to any person, if in the sole opinion of DragonCoin, insufficient information is provided by any such person in order to properly identify such person. As we are a lawful company, we shall abide by rules set forth by the State if and only if required per Form 8300. Otherwise, business entities are not required to disclose client privileged information.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Under all circumstances, our customers data is protected and kept private. Although DragonCoin™ is not required to report our transactions to the IRS or any other federal, state or local agencies, you would be advised when your purchases would lead to the mandatory Form 8300 as required by law.
